Do you have a minimum length of stay required?

Our inventory includes properties that can be booked anywhere from one-night, one-month or one-year, we'd be happy to accommodate you!

What's included?

Everything! All of our furnished apartments include all utilities, furnishings, cookware & dinnerware, and so much more! Just bring your bags and groceries!

Is everything provided?

At On Demand Housing, we have a strong mission, vision, and set of core values, that enable us to be there for our customers every need. We want to be there for you when you need us most!

Are there any hidden fees?

No! We provide upfront pricing on all of our quotes.

How do we make and manage our reservation?

It's so easy! Once you accept your quote, youll be able to complete your entire booking online and have access to all parts of your reservation. From you past, present, and future reservations, group bookings, invoices & receipts, maintenance requests and so much more!

Will I get a lease agreement?

Yes! Every reservation for 30 days or more automatically gets a lease agreement between you and us.

How often are your apartments cleaned?

Cleanliness is our priority! All of our units are cleaned in-between each reservation, or during if service is requested. Each cleaning under goes an extensive checklist and is followed up with a thorough inspection list. To view the exact checklists contact your reservation specialist!
